TrustForge was born from a simple but powerful realization: even the most skilled teams can fall apart without connection.

Our founder, Jennifer King, a former project manager in both tech and trade industries, saw this firsthand. Whether it was siloed software developers or disconnected crews on the factory floor, the pattern was the same—brilliant people struggling to work together. But something changed when those same teams stepped outside of their daily grind and into shared experiences. With the right kind of challenge, they laughed, leaned in, and—without even realizing it—began to trust again.

That spark became the foundation for TrustForge.
