Created by the Jennifer Christy Foundation and delivered by TrustForge Leadership in partnership with CLAS Ropes Course, this program guides youth and young adults through a transformational, multi-year pathway that builds:

✔ Communication & teamwork skills

✔ Spiritual resilience & identity

✔ Real-world leadership and service habits

✔ Personal purpose, initiative, and accountability

From ages 12 through 22, participants progress through hands-on challenges, reflection, mentorship, and community-building activities that shape them into leaders who walk with courage, compassion, and integrity.

Whether they are beginning their journey in Keepers of the Flame, stepping into responsibility through The Forge Apprenticeship, or developing adult leadership in the Young Adult Pathway, each student receives personalized guidance in small cohorts of 10—ensuring safety, connection, and growth.

About the program

Leadership Journey

THE FORGE (Entry Point) - $145

A full-day ropes-course leadership experience that introduces courage, communication, accountability, and faith-driven character.

Required to enter the weekly program.

REKINDLED

A two-week follow-up session where teens revisit their goals, strengthen what they learned, and join their cohort for the next steps in the pathway.

Schedule & Program Overview

Below is the full TrustForge Leadership pathway for ages 12–22.
All programs operate in small cohorts of 10, ensuring personalized guidance, safety, and strong community.

Keepers of the Flame

Ages 12–15 • $55/month

A four-year leadership journey with weekly classes and monthly adventure days.

Each year builds upon the last, helping youth grow in character, confidence, spiritual resilience, and practical leadership.

Year 1: The Spark — Self-Mastery

Tuesdays, 4:00–5:00pm
Foundational habits, emotional regulation, courage, and personal discipline.

Year 2: The Flame — Service & Community

Tuesdays, 5:30–6:30pm
Teamwork, empathy, communication, and Christlike service.

Year 3: The Torch — Personal Initiative & Purpose

Wednesdays, 4:00–5:00pm
Goal setting, problem solving, creativity, and early leadership skills.

Year 4: The Beacon — Mentorship & Legacy

Wednesdays, 5:30–6:30pm
Guiding younger youth, modeling strong values, and preparing for apprenticeship.

The Forge Apprenticeship

Ages 16–18 • $75/month

Real-world leadership for older teens who want to step into responsibility.

Apprentices learn mentorship, communication, and professional-level teamwork while assisting younger groups and gaining ropes-course experience.

Year 5: Ironworker — Developing Strength, Skill & Responsibility

Flexible schedule with bi-weekly anchors
Leadership basics, emotional maturity, communication, and assisting with younger cohorts.

Year 6: Smithing — Shaping Leadership Into Skill

Flexible schedule with bi-weekly anchors
Advanced leadership labs, conflict resolution, project execution, and deeper mentoring.

Year 7: The Master Apprentice — Stepping Into Adult Leadership

Flexible schedule with bi-weekly anchors
Senior apprentices take on significant responsibility, lead portions of programs, and prepare for young adult leadership roles, missions, work, or college.

The Young Adult Pathway

Ages 19–22 • $95/month

A self-directed, mentor-supported leadership journey for emerging adults.

Young adults meet in monthly cohort gatherings, complete self-guided leadership work, and participate in quarterly intensives that shape their adult identity, faith, relationships, and purpose.

Year 8: The Steward’s Year — Stewardship of Self, Faith, Relationships & Purpose

Developing spiritual resilience, emotional maturity, dating skills, and personal accountability.

Year 9: The Builder’s Year — Constructing a Life of Purpose

Career development, calling, service leadership, and long-term goal execution.

Year 10: The Vanguard Year — Becoming a Leader in Community, Family & Faith

Preparation for marriage, missions, callings, and community impact.

Year 11: Mastery Year — Living a Life of Christlike Influence

Legacy leadership, teaching mastery, mentoring across TrustForge, and developing a lifelong leadership identity.
